Maidenhair Spleenworth  favors the nervous system, calms the psyche. Helps with stress, mental loads, headaches and high blood pressure.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, 25 drops dissolved in 100 ml of water, taken 3 times a day.

Maximum daily dose:

Maidenhair Spleenworth 750 mg (75 drops).

Contents in 1 dose:

Maidenhair Spleenworth 250 mg (25 drops).

Composition:

1ml contains 1ml tincture 1: 5, equivalent to 250gr of Maidenhair Spleenworth.

Other ingredients:

Glycerin 49%.
